The solitary Vijayalayacholishvara Temple set atop the scorching, barren rocks of a mountain in Narthamalai – near Pudukottai, Tamilnadu – was a pleasure to shoot… all the more so because it was deserted.
And, like a good looking model, the monument looked striking from different angles too.
The Thirumayyam fort, which is about a couple of hours drive from Trichy, was another architectural marvel that visually brought history alive. We shot this for the Pudukkottai Overview.
Staying in Trichy, one couldn’t possibly go without checking out the Rock Fort temple that’s home to Ganesha. And, the aerial view made the night looked resplendent.
Now, all set for the voiceover recording and post production of the project.
