Meditation is a simple yet complex process of observing myself. Neutrally. Observing my thoughts… my intentions… my actions.
It isn’t easy.
Watching myself in action from a third person perspective can be an ethereal experience. It’s possible only if I master detachment.
It’s like watching life the way it happens. It rolls on, on its own terms. Observe it just the way it happens, I see life. The beauty of it.
But, the minute I stop observing it neutrally, I get all mixed up. I start defining it with my limited understanding. And, I create my own picture of it. Which it is not.
Life, then, becomes a sheer delusion.
